Who can have surrogacy in India?
Here is the list of who can have surrogacy in Indian and who cannot:
Married couples of five years
Only heterosexual couples can have surrogacy
The male age should be from 26 to 55
The female age should be from 23 to 50
Couples who do not have a child through any method
Couples who have been facing many miscarriages or conceiving issues
Females who have life conditions and cannot carry a child
People with Indian citizenship
